Vela's Marriage Proposal in Barcelona itinerary.

We're flexible with the itinerary to suit your preferences, but here's our proposed 2-hour plan:

1. Once you've booked, please inform us of any extras you'd like and your preferences, such as music or specific questions you may have. If you opt to bring a photographer, we'll let you know the strategy we use to bring him/her on board without revealing the proposal secret.
2. As you step on board the sailboat a few minutes before departure, we'll greet you with a glass of cava or champagne. Feel free to walk around the boat and sit wherever you prefer; the large pillow at the front offers the most comfortable & intimate seat in the boat!
3. Our journey begins at Port Marina Vela, where we'll smoothly sail towards Port Vell and the Maremagnum area, allowing you to admire Barcelona's beautiful waterfront from the serene vantage point of the water. This part of the journey is very relaxing and typically lasts about 40 minutes.
4. Next, we'll open the sails and navigate along Barcelona's coastline. Our captain will position the boat at the perfect spot against the beautiful backdrop of Barcelona, creating an ideal moment for you to propose. Simply give us a signal, and we'll play the special song you requested.
5. Once she says yes, we'll continue our boat trip along the coast, allowing you to enjoy this unforgettable moment with your partner as we head back to port.

• 2-hour sailing trip: a sleek 41 ft (13-meter) modern sailboat, exclusively reserved for you and your partner. Experience a worry-free voyage as all associated expenses, including fuel, water, and port fees, are taken care of.
• Captain: a local captain will accompany you throughout this very special trip; he/she is very aware of the intimacy of the occasion.
• Drinks: from Catalan Cava to Spanish wine, we make sure your glass is filled
• Your music: share a playlist with your favourite songs and we'll play them along the trip.

• Sunset time slot: sail at sunset for the ultimate romantic experience. We highly recommend booking the sunset time slot.
• Photographer: we adjust to your budget with our different photographer pricing tiers. Choose between a captain photographer or a seasoned marriage proposal photographer.
• Cocktails: we partner with the great Mediterraneanrestaurant Velissima to bring 2 outstanding cocktails on board; alcoholic and non-alcoholicoptions available.‍
• Flower Bouquet: we order a beautiful bouquet of red roses to present to your partner after proposing. ‍
• Decor the boat: we hide red heart-shaped balloons in a cabin downstairs. Once she says yes, we will bring them up to celebrate the moment and create an even more romantic atmosphere.
