• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the start time are non-refundable

‍Weather Policy
The sea sets the rules.
If weather conditions are not suitable for a safe and enjoyable experience (strong wind, unsafe sea state), we will:
• Reschedule your trip to another available time, or
• Provide a full refund
Final decisions are always made by the captain with safety in mind.

‍Children On Board
• Children are welcome on board
• There is no strict minimum age, but infants and young children must always be supervised
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
• Pricing: children count as passengers (same pricing unless otherwise specified)

‍Payment Methods
We accept:
• Credit / debit cards
• Online payments via our booking system
• In some cases, bank transfer or cash (upon request)A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable before or on the day of the experience.

‍Meeting Point & Instructions
All departures take place from Marina Vela Barcelona.• Exact location: Pier / dock details will be sent after booking
• We recommend arriving exactly at your scheduled start time
• If you arrive early, you can relax around the marina — there are bars and terraces nearbyPlease note:
• For shared/group experiences, we cannot delay departure for late arrivals
• Late arrivals may miss the experience without refund

Each experience includes:
• A private or shared sailing trip with a professional captain
• Drinks (soft drinks, beer, cava, water)
• Light snacks
• Fuel, insurance, and all necessary equipmentSome experiences may include additional elements (paddle surf, special setups, etc.) as specified on the booking page.

‍Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By participating in the sailing experience, you acknowledge that activities at sea involve inherent risks.By confirming your booking, you agree that:
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
• You are physically fit to take part in the activity
• You release and hold harmless the company, its captains, and crew from any claims, except in cases of gross negligence
• You are responsible for your personal belongings
